From 12 to 14 September, the Concluding Meeting of the 20th OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum took place in Prague. Thematic emphasis was put on the issue of “Promoting Security and Stability through Good Governance”, and the event saw the participation of delegations from all 56 participating States, various international organizations, NGOs and the private sector.
As part of a study visit to Austria, IACA received 24 officials from police, border guard and customs agencies from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The visit took place on 5 September and was organized by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) in the framework of the “Eastern Partnership - Integrated Border Management Flagship Initiative Training Project”.
We are proud to announce that the Republic of Azerbaijan acceded to the Agreement for the Establishment of the International Anti-Corruption Academy as an International Organization on 4 September. It has therefore become the 61st Member to join the Academy, following Bosnia Herzegovina which did so on 16 May.
