Tailor-made trainings are IACA’s individualized response to the unique challenges that a specific organization, corporation, or institution faces in preventing and fighting corruption. These types of trainings are developed and delivered in such a way to respond to the needs of each client, with sustainable methods and tools disseminated for each particular case.

Customized for groups of various sizes, the trainings are designed to upgrade practical skills, build a common knowledge base to address future challenges, or increase sector performance. Their focus may be technical, theoretical, practical, or strategic, depending on the client’s priorities.

Tailor-made trainings can vary in length and may include possibilities for simultaneous interpretation into a language other than English. The venue is IACA, the requesting organization, or elsewhere.

In the past, IACA has developed and delivered tailor-made trainings for, e.g. private sector representatives from Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the International Ombudsman Institute, and the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) of Korea.
